In my personal life I have two great loves, rock and roll and nature, But what I am most passionate about is delivering meaningful and fun experiences to my guests. I trained in adventure tourism, with knowledge in geology, flora, fauna, and glaciology of Chile.

I want people who visit us connect with the place and moment. I am convinced that this is the best way to do tourism and capture the experience in the environment that we are settled in.

We didn’t have long in Santiago, so we wanted to get an immersive experience of local food and culture before we departed, and we were not disappointed! We met Patrick at an easy to find spot, just a few minutes from our hotel, he’s friendly and energetic demeanour made the introductions easy and we knew we would be in good hands for the next few hours. One point worth making early is to ensure you turn up hungry! Within 5 mins we had stopped and was sampling empanadas and a local sweet dish (I can’t remember the name) which was a preserved peach with grains, yummy! We then took a leisurely walk through Santa Lucia park, from bottom to top, where Patrick shared his extensive knowledge of history, which was fascinating. The views from the top are amazing on a clear day. We then meandered through the streets and this is when the food came thick and fast! From local hotdogs (completo), beers, pisco sours and churros. Getting to know Patrick was a pleasure and the time was flying by. We end up in a very cool neighbourhood, bustling with people, shops and eateries. It is here we tried a crab empanada which was amazing then finished off with Ice cream. Hard to put words to this tour, as we had just arrived and it was exactly what we wanted/ needed to experience some of the local area feeling safe and in good company. Patrick was full of local knowledge and brought us to some great places to eat and drink. Additionally we explored several neighborhoods. Also full of other great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Excellent city tour

Patrick was so fantastic to deal with, from start to finish. I only had a few hours between flights and he managed to show me more than I could have imagined around the city. His knowledge of the history of Santiago is very impresive. 10/10 recommend Patrick if visiting Santiago!Made the most with a short amount of time

We had a great three hour food tour with Patrick. He did not only explore food with us we would never have tasted (Patrick focused on every day local food). He also explored with us Cerro Santa Lucía giving us a lot of interesting historical Information. Had we had more time in Santiago, we would have booked another tour with him.Fun, knowledgeable and easy going

Patrick gave my teenage sons and myself a very enjoyable tour of Santiago. Patrick is very fun and knowledgeable. He is great company and went above and beyond to give an indepth Santiago experience. He knows history very well and shares his knowledge and love of country. It was our first day in Chile so his tour set the tone for a great family trip to this beautiful country and it's beautiful people.Great Santiago tour with Patrick

Not only did we get a fabulous food tour, but we got a cultural tour, a history tour, and great conversation. Patrick went above and beyond, including helping us make reservations and providing tips for the rest of our trip. We felt like we spent the afternoon with a close friend. Best cure to any jet lag!Not to be Missed!

This was my first time in Santiago (first time in Chile, at all) and honestly I didn’t know what I should be doing/seeing or even much of the history. Travel websites weren’t very helpful bc they all suggest excursions that take you out of the city, but I wanted to SEE the city I was staying in! Patrick has an absolute wealth of knowledge ranging from history to architecture to nature and even the weather! We had great conversation and he was extremely friendly/helpful. Will absolutely be booking again the next time I’m in Chile! 🇨🇱 Friendly and knowledgable!

My wife and I really enjoyed our three hour walking tour in the center part of Santiago with Patrick. He provided a nice combination of history, social context, current events, and food, of course. His low-key style and passion for the topic worked well. We covered number of historical and community highlights and got to sample a number of local favorites.Going local
