I'm Petra, I was born and raised in the city of the Leaning tower and some years ago I became a licensed tour guide in order to help people discover my beautiful home town and unravel its secrets.

My passion for art history has led me to get a degree in this subject, but feel free to ask me anything about the best photo spots, the traditions, the food and everyday life in Italy.

Some people think that in Pisa there's "just a Tower", and my mission is to prove them wrong! I'm very proud of my city and its millennial history, so I can't wait to show you that there's so much more to discover, and to lead you to some beautiful places off the beaten path.

We very much enjoyed the 3 hour walking tour through Pisa with Petra. She blended her knowledge about history, art, architecture, culture, traditions and modern living in the city in a very entertaining and stimulating way. Her tour found the right balance between the top sights, the more hidden spots and the beauty of the wider city. She was very flexible to adjust the tour to our interests and was happy to address all our questions. We left her tour inspired to read more about the city. Happy to recommend her guide service. We had a fantastic private tour of Pisa with Petra on the Highlights & Hidden Gems of Pisa experience. Petra was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease straight away. Her knowledge of the city’s history, culture, and lesser-known stories brought Pisa to life in such an engaging way. The balance of famous sights and hidden corners was perfect, and the pace of the tour felt just right, relaxed but full of fascinating insights. (… and the cakes were delicious) We came away with a much deeper appreciation of Pisa than we ever could have on our own.
