My name is Phil. I'm a professional photographer, videographer, creative consultant and social media influencer.

I'm originally from Sydney, Australia, but have lived in Amsterdam for 10 years.

I love Instagram and have built a following of 60k. I love to capture the mood and vibe of the streets of this beautiful city.

I was the first person in The Netherlands to organize 'Instameets' (photo walks with Instagrammers).

My subsequent growth on Instagram led to me being approached by many global brands for help with their development on Instagram.

My knowledge of the city and best places to see is why I decided to offer this tour from a local's perspective.

Phil was a very uncomplicated, punctual, interested guide and we had a lot of fun together ! He showed us different techniques of photography, beautiful and hidden places and even made the reservation @ the restaurant for the evening. We really enjoyed our tour with Phil and it was great for our family - our 18 year old daughter and 16 year old son both found it helpful and interesting, and Phil engaged with them both wonderfully. He showed us some hidden spots in Amsterdam which we otherwise wouldn’t have discovered. Phil was really easy company and happy to share his photography skills with us. Definitely recommend.Perfect tour for our family

We were in Amsterdam for the Dutch Grand Prix and were looking for a quick introduction to the City Centre, which was exactly what Phil did. Phil is the right person for you to experience Amsterdam in a special way. Don't expect him to tell you about numbers and historical events, but he will show you the city from a different angle and how to save your impression on your camera! As an advanced photographer I was looking for someone to show me the nice location in Amsterdam, and this I must say Phil sure did. Regardless of my background and knowledge of my camera I did learn a lot from Phil. His skills and vision to spot the perfect photo opportunity is next level. Besides this, he is a very friendly, approachable person who made me feel really comfortable. If ever I do make it back to Amsterdam which I hope to one day, I will not hesitate to book Phil again. This was such a great tour, and is so memorable. Phil taught us how to take amazing and interesting photos using some really interesting techniques. He was super friendly and told us about other things to do in the city and made us want to stay even longer!Amazing experience!
