I do not normally leave reviews but our day to the floating market and more was just wonderful. Polly, our guide, struck the right balance between being informative and letting us experience it for ourselves. Her interactions with market traders helped us gain insights we never would have by ourselves, and her kindness and guidance in other matters was flawless. The driver drove well, smoothly and safely and was very polite. Polly capped off the return journey with an impromptu suggestion based on a story of mine from a previous visit. That was very thoughtful and made the day truly special for us all. Highly recommended. Thank you. A Fantastic Experience and Guide

Polly was the absolute best tour guide we could have picked for a full day private tour guide experience to Ayutthaya. Here's why: 1) Great communication starting with the booking details and throughout the tour itself. 2) Had all the details sorted out and was very organized, and even brought us snacks and water! 3) Incredible knowledge and passion for sharing Thai culture and history and information about Thai-style Buddhism. 4) SUPER caring and kind - Polly went out of her way to help us with a cell phone issue we encountered (that had nothing to do with the tour) - we can't thank her enough for this <3 She also made sure we were comfortable and customized the private tour experience for us. 5) Took lots of pictures throughout the tour - some of which are my favorites from my whole vacation. 6) Made us feel like we were seeing added cool stuff - some of the little tucked away details and spots not all tour guides bring people to. 7) Provided opportunities for us to respectfully participate in several little activities at the temples. 8) Comfy private car and driver. I assumed we'd just be in a taxi, but we actually had a driver for the day. 9) Prepared with digital maps, illustrations, and photographs to enhance our knowledge as she taught us about aspects of Thai history and culture. 10) Very professional. The day was-well-planned and she was really prepared down the every detail. When I go back to Thailand, I will 100% book another tour with Polly. She gets our highest recommendation - our time with her was one of the highlights of an amazing trip to Thailand. Polly is THE BEST!!

Polly was very nice. She was informative and told us a lot of things about kings and dates (I.e. history book simple facts). Would have liked more information on how people lived, what they did when wars broke out, how their lives changed, etc. ruins were interesting but the restoration of them disheartening. We booked a day for 4 people in private van. It was very small for our tall family. Traffic was terrible and we arrived back in Bangkok an hour later than we scheduled. The cost was $450 which was way way too much to spend on this dayNce day

Polly could not have been a better tour guide. My sister and I went with her on the floating market and train market tour. She loves her country and is full of knowledge about Thailand’s history. She was so in tune to our needs and physical capabilities and limitations. She took us to spots where we were able to shop at local prices. We ate at a local restaurant. Our experience with Polly is one we will never forget. We learned so much from her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for tour guide.Polly is fantastic.

We had a wonderful day with Polly and our driver, Mr Pop. Polly was very friendly and mindful of our needs especially those of my husband, who has a hearing deficit. Her English was excellent and she had a wealth of knowledge about the beautiful sites we visited. The pride she has in her country, culture and religion was evident throughout the day and she encouraged us to ask any questions we wanted. Polly made our day a very special one and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. A wonderful experience!

Polly was a fantastic tour guide. She was organized, accommodating and so knowledgable. We spent two days with her - one day touring markets and another touring temples. She even took us to visit a coconut farm and tour a local home. Polly has a fantastic personality and she always had everything we needed in her bag! Thanks for finding us great coffee along the way too! We had a great time. Thank you!Organized, knowledgable and fantastic!

Polly was simply amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge about her country. She’s passionate about what she does and happy to provide information in any subject whether about culture, history, food or anything else. Polly was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in every which way. We were a group very 4 different individuals and she catered to all our needs. She’s kind, funny and thoughtful and had great insight of each location and history of the city. Plus she was always there with a camera, ready to fully help keep our experience digitally remembered, so we can stay focused presently on the tour.
