What an amazing tour! Razvan made the entire city come alive for us. We Weber very interested in the history of the city and its part in WW2. Razvan was an amazing guide. He was very knowledgeable about the geography and history of Romania and made sure we learned about the country’s context throughout the day. Our tour was personalized and well organized. Razvan chose great niche boutique wineries that are family businesses and which had high quality wines. 5+ stars. Our tour guide, Razvan, put together a full day experience that was the highlight of our all too short visit to Romania. The boutique wineries each offered unique and exceptionally personalized experiences. We were impressed with the quality of the wines on offer as well as the extensive charcuterie plates featuring local ingredients that accompanied them. Just as important, the warm hospitality and education we received at each stop made for a truly memorable experience. Our thanks, again, to our guide for the day, Razvan. From the time of our first contact, his clear communication, organizational skills, and extensive knowledge of all things Romania allowed us to relax and enjoy a fascinating and enlightening experience. Razvan has taken us on a unique journey of Rumanian and Bucharest history; he perfectly adopted our interests and had a great mix of facts, myths and legends. He used his tablet to highlight and explain details of specific topics. Already before the tour we realised that he was really making a difference, while answering questions really fast, making additional appointments (the person in charge of one place we visited) or making a reservation for the palace tour, which we did as a part of our tour.
