We changed our tour so in stead of taking Day trip to Essaouira Redouan guided us trough Medina. It was very interesting to follow him around the area he showed us things that only locals could find and gave a lot of historical informations about the places we went. Learning about the history

From start to finish this tour was amazing! Redouan is indeed a true ambassador for Marrakech, what a gentle and caring soul. Redouan provided such an informative Medina tour, it was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. We always felt like we were being treated as special guests. Background history of the medina was intertwined with the visits with local craftsmen, bakers and true hidden gems. I could not recommend Redouan more and sincerely thank him for an incredibly memorable few hours of exploring. If you are thinking of doing this tour, do not hesitate booking Redouan!! Redouan is a very friendly man full of local knowledge. He certainly enlightened us in more ways than one as we discussed everything from history to religion and crafts walking narrow alleyways in the medina we would never have seen on our own. It was very interesting to observe local craftsmen doing their work. It was our first day in Marrakech and a perfect way to start our visit. Redouan recommended a local rooftop restaurant for lunch after our tour who had the local dish we had been shown how were made earlier and it was a perfect place for us to enjoy great food and let all the impressions from our hours with Redouan sink in. We would have given Redouan full score if we didn't find that it was at times a bit difficult to understand his English. Interesting start of our stay

Our travel experience in Marrakech was unforgettable, and we owe much of that to our outstanding guide, Redouan. From the moment we met, he exuded a warm and welcoming friendliness that immediately made us feel welcome. He not only showed us the famous sights such as Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, the Koutoubia Mosque, Le Jardin Secret or the Medersa Ben Youssef, but also took us to hidden gems and local insider tips. His in-depth knowledge of Marrakech's history, culture and traditions was impressive and he shared it in a captivating and easy to understand way. Particularly remarkable was his ability to cater to our individual wishes and needs. Whether we wanted to stay longer in one place, try a special dish or learn more about the local craftsmanship, he fulfilled our every wish with a smile and without hesitation. Our guide was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but also an incredibly friendly and warm person who knew how to show us the beauty and charm of Marrakech in a very special way. Thanks to his dedication and passion for his work, we were able to experience Marrakech in a way that we will remember for a long time to come.
