I found this last minute. We didn't have a lot of time to spend in Rome and we all wanted to try some good, authentic food. Did not disappoint! Roberto was super friendly, laid back, really knew his local history as well as the food! He brought us around the area, through a passage basically only known to locals and the Jewish Ghetto was really interesting too! It was like walking around with a new friend. And even though its a "walking tour" don't worry, you dont have to walk and eat at the same time. Roberto found nice relaxing places to eat. We had a hard time finishing as it was so much food! Thanks again, Roberto & Stephano! Awesome way to see the real Rome!

If you are looking for an authentic food tour filled with amazing food, history and great company then don’t think twice. My husband and I booked with Roberto on our Italian honeymoon and we could not have been more pleased. He was so pleasant and we enjoyed his company and all the amazing food he introduced us to. Roberto chose some great places for us to go and eat food from on our tour. Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had! Roberto has a great sense of humor and is very friendly. We had booked the food tour with Roberto. We had an awesome and relaxed time with Roberto, he is so engaging and funny. He showed us very nice places, great food and really gave us some taste of Roman “Dolce Vita”. We would absolutely re-book the food tour with Roberto or any other tour with him. I would love to write a fabulous review but, Roberto never showed up!! We waited for 45mins and we never saw him. We even were asking people that looked a little like him but with no result. At our meeting time of 10.00am the square was not that busy so it was not as if you could not find us. We took photos to prove we were there and even asked a coffee shop there for a receipt to prove also. After 45min we left and went to a fantastic deli in the square were we found out that Roberto does take his tours to. I have messaged Roberto via the app but received no reply. Worst thing also…. The money was still taken out of my account!!A No Show

My Host was very punctual and as excited as I was to start our food tour. Born and raised in Roma, he definitely knew his way through the off the beaten paths. Between one tasting and the other, Roberto showed me some 'must see' city's highlights and flavored the experience with daily roman anecdotes. My favorite bite were the cheese tasting (absolute winner) and the pies served at the jewish pastry. Strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a genuine dolce vita experience. Molte grazie caro amico, spero di vedervi presto :) An authentic roman street food experience

This food tour was an amazing experience to have, especially with Roberto as a guide! He took us to some of his favorite spots and we tried his recommendations, which were unbelievably good especially the pizza. He also knew a lot about the area. It was like getting food with a friend and talking about life. I would recommend anyone choosing a food tour to pick Roberto.a wonderful experience
