Roberto was a very good guide and gave us all the history to the city, prominent events, the buildings of interest, where to have a good meal and drink. It was extremely enjoyable and would recommend him highly to future visitors to Bucherest.Old Town tour- Bucherest

Thoroughly recommend the Transylvanian castle trip - starting with Peles Castle, then Bran Castle and finishing with Brasov. Yes, it's a long trip but Roberto the tour guide was hilarious and Luciano was a brilliant driver and went out of his way to make sure we didn't get stuck in traffic on the way home. Make sure you bring a book/music for the drive but the scenery in the mountains was outstanding and kept us spell bound as did Roberto's commentary. Both castles were very interesting and perfect for photos and feeling caught up in the very different Romanian culture.Full day trip

Half day tour of Bucharest and castles of Transylvania We booked 2 tours with Mr. Tripp, in English. On our first day, we toured Bucharest fort the first time. Our guide, Roberto, was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He drove us around in a van, and we were the only 2 lucky tourists for him that day. We met up with business associates the next day and they were impressed at all the knowledge we had already gained. We toured the Village museum, which was very interesting, Old town, revolutionary square, and drove by many, many more museums, buildings and important sights. Roberto was our guide for a 4 hour approx. Bucharest city tour. Was very informative, took us to the old town, village museum, palace of parlament (from outside), the revolution square, some church's etc.. 35 eur pp, 31 for student. We finished earlier than 4 hours, and we had a 35 minute break inside the village museum (I would GLADLY skip this break and earn more from the trip) he showed us a few restaurants with 'secret' terraces and was geuninely a great guideHalf day tour of Bucharest

The tour with Mr Tripp was excellent from start to finish. Roberto was a very helpful and friendly guide, and used his local knowledge of the areas we visited in Transylvania and Bucharest to great effect. It was very sad when the trip ended as we had such a wonderful time. Would highly recommend Mr Tripp for Romanian tours.Transylvania revealed tour
