My husband and I had such a great experience with Roberto and seriously, it was the best pasta we had during our entire stay in Rome! Roberto is a great teacher and makes the process very simple! Roberto is such a great host! My wife and I had so much fun chatting and making pasta with Roberto. He is very kind and knowledgable about Rome, Italian cuisine as well as local recommendations. An easy 11/10!
We have been in Rome for four nights and seen everything from the Colosseum to Pompei (on a day trip )but it is the little moments that make the best memories and that is exactly what our last night in Rome was. Roberto is so lovley and welcoming. With such a relaxed atmosphere it was a lovley break from the hustle and bustle of inner city Rome. We felt at home right away. Making the pasta was great fun and worked well with a larger group. We now know all the tricks on what flour to use and why the pasta needs to be rested. The cookies were downright delicious and a great addition to the meal.
Roberto was very easy to communicate with.
We can’t thank him enough for easily making our last night in Rome the best one! Hopefully we can recreate the delicious pasta at home.

We had a wonderful experience with Roberto. It was exactly as we had hoped.. a perfect evening of food, cooking, and friendly conversation. We were a family with ages ranging from 15 to 63 and all felt very engaged and raved about the experience. Please do not hesitate to book this! The crowds at the landmarks are not truly Rome.. this is truly Rome!! A perfect evening

We were a group of 3 girls and had a great night making pasta (with two sauces!) and cookies with Roberto. It was extra nice that everything was prepared in the 'original' way without any machine. A great end to our time in Rome and definitely recommended!Great authentic experience!

Roberto was very helpful getting our pasta technique down. He was informative to let us know what all the ingredients were we were working with and acknowledged any preferences we had. The food turned out delicious! We had a lovely time chatting about his history with cooking and some other suggestions he had for us to adventure to while in Italy. Getting to his location was very simple and straight forward. We took the metro which was only a few minutes walking distance from his apartment. His apartment was perfect for the 4 of us plus Roberto. I will definitely be giving my new skills a try back home. Thank you Roberto!!Had a wonderful time!
