What has thrilled me most in life? Discovering new oceans and venturing offshore! I’m a passionate traveler who loves languages, cultures, international cuisines, and meeting people from all over the world to learn about their lives and traditions.

It’s been quite some time since I left my home country, Germany, to begin a new chapter in my city of heart—Paris. I’m now a product manager, but my journey started in education as a teacher. Before stepping into the corporate world, I worked in various industries and roles, gaining diverse experiences. I spent a year in Australia for work and travel before pursuing my language studies in Germany. I also had the chance to immerse myself in Morocco for several months, learning Arabic and exploring the beauty of its culture and landscapes.

When I’m not busy with work, you’ll often find me reading, playing sports (motorbiking, volleyball, tennis, or sailing), or showing friends around my adopted city. I adore strolling through Paris—especially at night—finding hidden gems, cozy cafes, vibrant restaurants, lively bars, and captivating museums or exhibitions to visit.

I look forward to welcoming you to this wonderful and romantic place, and I hope to share some unforgettable moments of Parisian life with you here!

Romy ist ein super Guide, wir ( drei Generationen) haben viel gelernt über das Quartier Latin und Saint-Germains-des-Près und dabei auch viel gelacht. Nicht zu vergessen die Maccaron-Empfehlung - délicieux! Jederzeit wieder.Unterhaltsamer,informativer Start in Paris

Romy was a great guide! She did the best tour she could in the short time we had left. We booked this tour over others due to it's location close to Notre Dame - because we were so short on time. She sent us a different address that we didn't see until we had wasted a lot of time hunting for her at the address advertised as 5 - 10 minute walk from Notre Dame. The new address is 19 minute walk. So we only got a 1 hour 45 min tour. Like I said, she did a great job in the time remaining, but it was a lot to pay for that short of time. They need to advertise the address correctly - not pull a bait and switch, for which she insisted was for our benefit...Romy great, but tour not as advertised.

Die zeit mit Romy war wie ein Spaziergang mit einer 5. Freundin (wir waren 4 Freundinnen) - sie hat uns ganz entspannt die Stadt rund um den Louvre und die Oper gezeigt und uns die Geschichte der Stadt nähergebracht. Dazu kamen ganz viele Tipps für die Stadt. Es war eine sehr feine Zeit. Gerne wieder. Stadtspaziergang mit Romy

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with Romy. She is friendly, easy to talk to which facilitates a comfortable tour. Very knowledgeable of the city and takes you off the beaten track. If you love history and want to experience Paris from point of view book time with Romy.Informative Day in Paris

We had a great tour of Montmartre with Romy. We enjoyed visiting places away from the usual tourist spots. Romy was very knowledgeable and kept our 10 year old interested throughout.Montmartre tour

Romy ist super nett und hat uns viele Details erzählt, die man im Reiseführer sicher nicht findet. Super waren die Abstecher in die schönen Passagen, die wir ohne sie nicht gefunden hätten. Die Stadtführung war sehr kurzweilig und informativ. Ein toller Start in Paris mit Romy, die uns gezeigt hat, dass die Stadt gar nicht so groß ist wie man denkt. ☺️ Tolle Stadtführung

We had a very nice first impression of the area around Louvre/ Opera/ boulevards and got some good recommendations for us as “foodies”. We had a nice company with another 2 very nice people and were a funny group of 4. Romy was super kind and open to all our questions. So we would definitely recommend a walk with Romy. Thank you! As a recommendation for the description of the tour: We thought the tour would be a bit of a wider radius coming from the description and that a bite/ tasting would be included in the price. Nice start of the Paris experience.

Romy meldete sich bereits vorab bei uns wegen der Tour bezüglich Treffpunkt und Wünsche. Am vereinbarten Tag führte sie uns durch ihr Paris und zeigte uns die Geheimnisse. Es war ein kurzweiliger und interessanter Spaziergang. Wir können sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön super
