Hi!!!! Just a little bit about me!!!Coming from a family of Italian immigrants , like most of the people of my country, it’s natural having developed love for cooking, eating and drinking .

I am always discovering new places where to try local and traditional bites or just the most modern and international spots of the cuisine that the city has to offer. From great coffee shops, to vibrant bars, you can count on me!!!!

I have a variety background of studies and personal career, always involved in heritage, history, arts and architecture as well as food.

I consider myself a traveler wherever I go, not a tourist, and I want you to feel the same when you visit my city!

Rosana was simply amazing. Her rich knowledge of the culture and area was super informative. She had a kind approach to our tour which included many keys locations and delicious foods of the region. I would highly recommend a tour with Rosana!Excellent experience

While not comprehensive it is, well, a series of tastings not just of the food but of local establishments. When you have an excellent guide you get stories in each place and how the food fits into the local culture. I had no idea that empanada's were so much a part of Argentine life. Or, while not a tasting, I got confirmation that the general way to like steak in Argentina was well done. I would NEVER have guessed that given the deserved reputation for great beef. I was able to get very rare like I like in one place at least :). Rosana was an excellent guide and the tour was a great way to spend an early evening. We also got into some terrific conversations about the drastic changes brought about by the election of Javiar Melei. That is one of the main reasons I came to Argentina and, as expected, the turmoil is causing some reflection in the people I talked to. Melei is doing things fast and furious and it is causing disruption but I don't know that he could make the necessary changes any other way. It was great the she felt comfortable talking about these things, it made the tour that much better for me. For those who don't want to talk about politics no worries, Rosana would clearly steer clear and talk about whatever her guests wanted to talk about. Wir haben mit Rosana einen tollen Rundgang durch Buenos Aires gemacht - nur für unsere Familie und ganz nach unseren Wünschen. Treffpunkt war unser Hotel und dann ging es gezielt nach La Boca und Ricoleta, da wir vorher schon einige andere Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht hatten. Das Konzept von with locals ging für uns auf, denn während des Rundgangs konnten wir alles über Stadt, Land und Leute fragen, und Rosana konnte uns Einblicke geben, die bei einer Tour von der Stange nicht möglich sind. I took my 17 year old son and his friend for two days in Buenos Aires. We travel often and we ALWAYS do a food tour on the first day to get the lay of the land and make plans for the rest of the weekend. The trick to having success is the right guide. Rosana is AWESOME! She knows the city but also reads the crowd well to cater the tour to fit the wants and needs of her customers. I had a great time but more importantly she was able to engage the teen boys, keep them interested and feed them well! They really loved it. I cannot recommend her more strongly and when we come back to BA with my daughter and her friends I’ll be giving Rosana a call for sure. Wonderful Guide!!

Glad that we booked with Rosana! We had just arrived and did not know our way around BA. We asked if Rosana could meet us at our hotel. She did. We talked about interests. It was a very efficient way to see and learn a lot about BA in a short time about things that we would have not noticed and/or known. Rosana went above and beyond our expectations! Rosana was a wealth of information, super friendly and flexible. She worked with me to create a custom tour for our group, and then pivoted seamlessly when two in our party were delayed as they missed their connecting flight. We actually had her stay with us an extra hour. I would absolutely recommend Rosana!Rosana was wonderful!

A few days before our tour, Rosana told me about a general strike in Buenos Aires. It was so thoughtful of her to give us the heads up and tell us about the areas to avoid.
