Everything was smooth and easy with Roxane, from corresponding with her before the booking to meeting up my first morning in Vienna. She was willing to accommodate my request to get oriented to the transit system, including stops near my hotel, how payment works, and pitfalls to avoid. We talked about the history of Vienna and myths that make for great stories. You should ask about her thesis on cultural culinary institutions in Vienna! After our time together, I took our same route into the city center a few times and never felt lost. As a solo traveler in Vienna, I always felt more confident traversing the city because Roxane made key landmarks familiar. It was truly the best way to start my time there!Roxane was a delight!

Roxanne is lovely and friendly with a great sense of humour and made our tour extra special especially as this was our first time in Vienna. We wanted to see all the main tourist attractions plus any hidden gems that the locals visit.
