Palermo outside the ancient city walls is in sharp contrast what we explored. He told us the real history of normal life and relations through centuries of muli cultural cohabitation between roman, greek arab and Israeli colture en cohabitance in peace.He is just great

We had the most wonderful time walking around the back streets enjoying some drinks and nibbles along the way. Salvatore is a very sympatico guy with great knowledge of the history of Napoli. I would recommend this tour to everyone experience Napoli at night with the locals

We had a great time with Salvatore. He has a very profound knowledge of the history of the city and gave us a great insight in what happened (and still happens) in Palermo. We would not have seen all the little details which makes it worth to look at all the beautiful buildings and surroundings. The tou was worth every Euro! Salvatore was a fantastic host, who fully adapted our interests into the tour. He seems to have a huge knowledge of Palermos history and specials and can easily share those in a very sympathic and open way. Especially the contact before the tour, asking for our expectations was highly appreciated! It was interesting and fun to be your guest, thanks again! Definitely off the beaten track

We had a 3-hour walking tour with Salvatore, starting at the Porta Nuova and ending at the Capo market. We very much enjoyed the history and details provided by our guide and were also able to determine what else we wanted to be sure to see before leaving or on a return trip. Salvatore put the city and its long history of contrasts into perspective for us, pointing out small details we certainly would not have noticed otherwise. Thanks for a great tour! Salvatore met us exactly on time at our easy-to-find rendezvous point. We learned a lot about the historical district and I know some of the things we saw would have been overlooked by us if we were on our own - or even if we were in a more traditional tour group. That’s what we love about these Off The Beaten Track tours. Salvatore is very knowledgeable about the history of the area and also has a great sense of humor. Thank you for giving us a great day. Die Tour mit Salvatore hat sehrviel Spaß gemacht. Er ist freundlich und energiereich und hat uns Palermo mit vielen Details gezeigt. Er war immer für einen Spaß zu haben. Nichtsdestotrotz waren all seine Erklärungen wieder zu finden und jede Menge Tipps hat er uns gegeben für weitere Besichtigung.
