Our family group of 3 had a fabulous learning experience with Serena visiting Pompeii. Her extensive knowledge of the history of Pompeii is obvious along with her passion for sharing it. We all felt that Serena is among the best of tour guides that we have been with over many years of travel. When we returned to Naples for the walking tour portion and lunch she went out her way to contact a colleague and find a pizza restaurant that met the gluten free needs of one in our group. Schon zum zweiten Mal buchten wir einen Besuch in Pompeji mit Serena. In jedem Augenblick ist die Begeisterung Serenas für Pompeji spürbar , dies springt sofort auf uns als Besucher über. Sie sucht die stillen Wege abseits der großen Reisegruppen. Die Zweistündige Führung verging wie im Flug und war in jeder Minute interessant, aufschlussreich und bereichernd. Serena was excellent. From the booking process of customizing our trip including our meeting point in Naples to her knowledge of Pompeii. Our entire family really enjoyed the time spent with Serena. She kept the tour moving to keep our two teenagers engaged throughout our time in Pompeii. She did a wonderful job of showing us the highlights of the park with the proper amount of explanation to give you an understanding of what you were looking at without boring you with tons of useless information. We booked Serena prior to our visit to Pompei - comms was good but we had difficulty logging into Withlocals - so thankful that Serena had shared her mobile number to organise meeting point. We were quite late - hadn't factored in Naples traffic, getting lost! Serena was very patient with us and bought our tickets to Pompei to avoid further delays. We had a great 2hrs with her, explaining and exploring some of Pompei with Serena was wonderful, it really brought the place to life, she answered any questions and knew exactly where to go to show us the highlights in the time we had available. I would def recommend if visiting Pompei. Very knowledgeable & pleasant too!

We, a family of five, had a great two hour English language tour of Pompeii with Serena. She was very knowledgable and great company, and made sure that we had a fun and fascinating tour. Serena gave us a great tour of the Archeological Museum. We covered so much of the museum in 2 hours that we went back to see more of it ourselves, we found that we had already covered nearly everything that we had wanted to see! Serena has a wealth of knowledge about the artifacts in the museum, Pompeii, and Napoli. In the entire two hours that she spent with us, she must have been sharing something with us the entire time. We followed the advice of many before us and chose Serena as our guide and were not disappointed. Right on time, she greeted us with the smile she is famous for, and our group of six were treated to a fantastic tour. We covered a lot of ground in our two hours and learnt a great deal along the way. Serena is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide and made our morning at Pompeii something special.
