Serena is very nice but I wouldn't recommend her for a food tour. 3/4 places we went were chain restaurants and the food cost nowhere near the price of the tour. None of Milan's specialities were tasted. When asked how foccaccia and pizza bread were different, she didn't have an explanation. She's a nice lady but if youre a foodie, this tour isnt for you. The one thing she did know well was Gelato! The Gelato was amazing and it should be given she also runs a gelato shop (not the one tasted). She did know quite a lot about theater and the local area so shed probably be better for arts/history tours.Great lady, but not for a food tour

Most of all, our guide, Serena, was outstanding and I would give her the max rating, but the language about the tour is completely misleading, so I'm reducing it to reflect that fact. The tour is titled "Your Way," and we booked this tour because we wanted to visit the Duomo and the Castelo di Sforza. We read that tickets were not included and were prepared to purchase our own, including those for our guide. But Serena told us she is not allowed to guide in either venue. Huh? We got the guide to visit and learn about these places. We have been using Withlocals for years and have always enjoyed the high-quality and engaging guides associated with you. Please don't turn into Viator. We did enjoy our walk around the city. We learned much from Serena and it's a shame we could not have her inside those two venues. She was great and I highly recommend her as a guide. A true Milanese!Very Misleading Tour Description

I liked serena as a person she was nice to talk to.Unfortunately,the price didn’t meet the expectations! 1-I thought I would eat as a local.Instead we went to berera district which is well known even for tourist that you’ll find a good meal there. 2-two of the food choices I already tried it before the experience! Either I am very good at food planning for my trip or there was no efforts put into the food choices in this experience 3-portions were insanely small,I had one cup of gelato and a bread stick to share with my colleague ! I don’t recommend this food tour at allHonest review
