Sheilina custom built a tour for us and made it very memorable for my daughter with the Japanese traditional dress. She covered the most important places, best eatries & of course narrated historical stories. Our family throughly enjoyed the tour.Engaging & Enjoyable

Our tour through Japan turned into a truly tremendous adventure — all thanks to the one and only Sheilina! From the very first moment, she radiated an friendly, warm energy that immediately made us feel welcome and incredibly well taken care of. Sheilina was the embodiment of attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Her helpfulness knew no bounds, her sense of humor was absolutely delightful, and she always had our happiness at heart. It was crystal clear that she wanted nothing but the absolute best for us, and she worked with true dedication to ensure our satisfaction at every step. One moment that deeply moved us: even before the tour officially started, Sheilina went out of her way to stand in line at the incredibly popular donut shop “I am Donut” — just to bring us a treat from one of the most sought-after spots in town. That act of thoughtfulness truly touched us. We are endlessly grateful to Sheilina for her warmth, her loving energy, and for turning this tour into something truly magical. With her caring heart and sparkling personality, she gave us an experience we will never forget. What a wonderful introduction to the fascinating and beautifully preserved Asakusa! Sheilina was such a fabulous guide. Even though the day was not perfect weather wise it didn’t affect our tour at all. She had a vast understanding of the history, culture and local hidden gems of Asakusa and she was able to fit so much in our 3 hour tour. Sheilina was so very helpful answering all our questions and showed us places where we could go back later for a meal. Lively Hoppy Street was a favourite. Thank-you Sheilina - you were the perfect guide for our introduction into Japan. Magical Asakusa

we did the shibuya tour w/ sheilina, and she was great. it was me, my 6 yo son, and parents, and she was able to accommodate all our needs and interests. specifically, we had just arrived from the states the night before and were severely jetlagged, and my son was quite cranky. she kept him occupied and entertained why allowing my parents and i to sightsee. she also showed us how to buy tickets at the train station and pointed out interesting restaurants and places to buy snacks. i will be doing another tour w/ her in asakusa, and i can't wait!great tour!

My family had a great time with Sheilina. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew what my kids would like and understand! She showed us the best shops and restaurants, explained the history of the area and was lovely to spend time with. The Asakusa tour included everything we hoped to see. We had a great time on our Shibuya tour with Sheilina! She was super sweet, gave us great shopping tips, and took us to the Meiji Shrine. We really enjoyed the experience!Great tour

We had a great time on Sheilina's tour around Shibuya. She's very friendly, easy to understand and is very accommodating. She was very thoughtful about giving us time to shop without rushing us and we were able to work in some cherry blossom viewing as a bonus. Thank you!A great tour with Sweet Sheilina.

Sheilina was a terrific guide and shared so many interesting and important aspects of Tokyo on this our first visit to this wonderful city. We were met at our designated meeting spot on time and throughout our experience Sheilina kept us briefed and informed. We saw some wonderful sights and Sheilina shared some helpful facts and information. All in all a wonderful way to be introduced to a new city - thank you Sheilina. Excellent Introduction to Tokyo

for US$ 330,— we simply expected more (an extra for $500,00 we paid for the car on top) Yokohama Chinatown shops were still closed, park ok. Drive to Tokyo. No explanation where and why we are going there during the ride. She wasn`t informed where we can see the cherry blossom…..passed by a cemetery where beautiful cherry tries were in and almost nobody around, instead we went to a park with thousands and thousands of other people, was more like the big migration in Afrika than enjoying the cherry blossom there. The shrine beside, the same bad experience. She was always ahead of the group and my wife and I partly couldn`t follow up, strange guide behavior. And if on a Sunday the restaurants are stuffed, why didn`t she made a reservation in a location before? Sorry to say, to my opinion it was a lausy experience and not well organized. We expected more
