I'd give Sofia 10 stars if I could. My husband and I truly had an incredible time with her. She is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about her beautiful city. She was flexible, gave us lots of options and recommendations suited for our preferences during the tour. We tasted some of the best food we both loved, and learned so much about Oaxaca's cuisine, tradition and culture. And she's an amazing photographer! When we come back to Oaxaca, we'll not hesitate to book her again. The best guide you could hope for

My whole family absolutely loved our tour with Sofia. We are a mix of Spanish speakers and non-Spanish speakers, and Sofia toggled back and forth between Spanish and her _excellent_ English effortlessly. She is a quietly engaging, confident and knowledgeable young person with incredible social skills, a delightful sense of humor and a nose for fun adventure. We never felt rushed, never felt like it was slow, and couldn’t believe how the time had flown when it was over. She knows everyone in, and, seemingly, everything about Oaxaca. She’ll feel like a family friend by the end. Perfect experience!Sofia is the hero we need

Sofia was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her. I asked for a personalized tour (seeing the sights I wanted rather than something already planned) and she was more than happy to accommodate. Spending the day with someone born and raised in Oaxaca was perfect. Aside from communicating the importance of specific sites and histories she’s very passionate about her home city which our day that much better. I had a small group of 6 people. Sofia was an amazing! She was so personable and easy to get to know. Her knowledge of the history of the city and her choices of street food amd eateries were brilliant. Can’t recommend her highly enough!!Wonderful guide, fabulous food!

Sofia has such a warm, positive and helpful personality. She was flexible with our needs given we had two young children. She was extremely knowledgeable of Oaxaca's history and modern day culture. She also translated so much for my family and I as we were shopping, currency exchange, dining, etc. She recommended a restaurant for lunch that was absolutely darling and we would've never found without her. She was 100% worth the booking and made our trip SO special. Thank you Sofia! Sofia is a GEM!

Sofia was the perfect food tour guide. We experienced a great mix of food, drinks, visiting the market, and getting a bit of city history and local info. We would never have found some of the local delicacies without her help. Would recommend her highly. Best Food Tour
