There are many choices of food tours to choose from. After reading reviews, we chose to try Sónia withlocals. She arrived on time with a big smile and greeted us as friends. We tried her favorite spots, walked thru several neighborhoods and learned so much about the city she grew up in. We had such s great time. Definitely recommend taking this tour.This is THE BEST!

We had the best first morning in Lisbon with Sonia on the food tour. Sonia is so knowledgeable and passionate about Lisbon and of course it’s wonderful food. We had ten tastings which were all amazing including delightful food and locals drinks. In between stops Sónia is very happy to pass on her knowledge about Lisbon and its amazing history. Highly recommend, especially at the start of the break to familiarise yourself with the area. Amazing food tour with Sonia

Sonia was a great guide, providing a personal touch to a tour of Lisbon as a local. She offered great conversation, and brought in a global context given her travels around the world. My wife and I took a 3 hour tour/stroll with Sonia this morning. We thoroughly enjoyed it and got a great feel for the city. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to spend a relaxing few hours wandering the streets of Lisbon. Morning well spent

We thoroughly enjoyed our three hour walk and tour with Sonia. She is wonderful. We arrived in Lisboa the night before so she provided a great i production to the city, it's food, some of it's major landmarks and the culture. Thank you Sonia!Perfect Introduction to Lisboa!

This was our first time in Lisbon and it can be overwhelming. We wanted to know about the different neighborhoods, a little overview of the city's history, and recommendations about food as one of our party has gluten and lactose sensitivity. The tour was excellent! Sónia recommended restaurants that were celiac certified, as well as restaurants that were local favorites, not tourist traps. As a lifelong resident of Lisbon, she gave us interesting historical information and guided us through the different neighborhoods. She is friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend Sónia as your Lisbon guide!Wonderful experience with Sónia!

We found Sonia to be personable, well-informed on history and the area culture and definitely connected to the local foods, restaurants and vendors. We have been on many food tours and Sonia is either the best or near-best we have ever had.Excellent tour!
