We loved our food tour with Stefano!! We got to try several different street foods, several of which I would never have known to try. The sheep skewers were delicious!! We also had salumi and cheese with wine, multiple kinds of pizza, fried artichokes, suppli, zucchini blossoms, maritozzo, cannoli, and more, while also getting to explore the city. Stefano had some great suggestions on other things to do in Rome and restaurants to try off the beaten path. This isn’t a restaurant tour as some seem to expect, but it is a chance to explore the city and taste some Roman foods you otherwise might not. We truly enjoyed this tour!Excellent Tour!!

Stephano was a true gentleman and gracious host. He was flexible and met us enthusiastically, even though our prior tour required us to be late for our reservation. He was knowledgeable about the history of Rome, its delicious food, and its warm people. At every turn, he offered us foods prepared in the moment, and a fascinating local story to enjoy with each selection!Saturday with Stehano

1) wir haben nicht 10 Tastings bekommen
2) qualitativ waren die Tastings aud dem Level „ very cheap Streatfood“
3) der Guide war völlig unvorbereitet; die Gatronomen mussten spontan etwas anbieten.
4) der Guide hatte immer die gleiche Ausrede: „Rome“ sei völlig ausgebucht und Tripadvisor verunmögliche seine gastronomische Führung, weil wir zu lange Wartezeiten hätten.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Very Low Quality

About halfway thru our tour with Stefano, my college aged daughter commented ‘I feel like I’m walking around Rome with my friend’. This statement captured the essence of our time with Stefano. His easygoing and relaxed manner made us feel comfortable and he adapted his tour as we went along based on our feedback. I will never forget some of the hidden alcoves and passageways that he took us through; places that would never show up in a guidebook but that were just as remarkable as many of the famous Rome landmarks. And the food he had us try were some of our most memorable bites in all of Italy. I can not recommend this tour enough - was a highlight of our visit.
