Joel is a lovely person, knowledgable about his city and what food we should try. We did a little tour around some sights before trying some food, there was so much we were sad not to actually be able to eat everything ! Great way to get to taste a lot in a few hoursLeft very full!

Joel, helped us prepare and modify our itinerary. We visited during Diwhali so we needed to move our sightweeing around. Joel took care of everything. We also traveled with four people and he arranged for a bigger travel van to accomodate us. Highly receommend!Joel is an excellent guide and navigator.

We had looked forward to this trip and decided to spend a little extra choosing a private tour. Joel is a bad driver. He constantly corrected his placement in the lane. He speeded up and used the brakes to slow down all the time. Drowe 60 km/h on the motorway and then suddenly speeded up to 120. This resulted in a very unpleasant experience. On our way up the mountain, he crashed with a truck going down. Pure luck that there were only damages to the car - it could have been a disaster. That is how bad a driver he is. The car is old and does not give a very good view out. We told him before the tour that we were allergic to chilli, so for lunch, he took us to an Indian restaurant. We could only get desserts and rice. That is poor. The sights were not that interesting except for the tea plantation. Here we walked around on ourselves while he just waited for us to return. This is not worth the money in any way.Could have been a disaster

Joel was very friendly and a great guide! The Cameron Highlands were absolutely stunning! If you have time, I would recommend staying out there a day or two. We went during the week which was perfect because we avoided a lot of traffic that we heard could be terrible. So beautiful!
