Hello there! I’m originally from Portugal, but these days I call Belgium my home. In the past, I’ve lived in France, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. I’ve traveled around Europe extensively, I love to walk around places where history was made. For the past 7 years, I’ve been living in Brussels, and I love the city and its diverse cultures. Whenever I walk around the town, I always find something new and exciting. I enjoy showing people all the beauty the city has to offer, from the hundreds of different beers and chocolates to interesting historical places, and all the hidden gems in between.

I am so thrilled that I booked our walking tour with Tiago. The 3 hour tour gave us lots of history, food recommendations, local insight, and more. He truly was a great storyteller, and hit exactly the right tone for our family, which included our young adult children. I certainly feel that we saw parts of the city we would not have known about otherwise, and the restaurant he recommended for dinner was stellar. This was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Brussels. Huge appreciation to Tiago for an unforgettable tour! Incredible Brussels Tour Guide!

Tiago was so knowledgeable...particularly liked his takes on various restaurants, chocolate shops, bars, where to get fries / waffles, etc. He had an encyclopedic intellect regarding the great city of Brussels and we learned so much. We were first time travelers to Brussels and just came for the day on the Eurostar from Paris. Our group of six wanted a guided tour of historic Brussels and Thiago was everything we expected and more. He was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. He pointed out restaurants, chocolate shops, and have a great knowledge of Belgium beers. He paced the tour well and told amazing stories. We would book a tour with Thiago again! My friend and I had a wonderful tour with Tiago, a really lovely and informative person. I must say I’d been a little worried as I’d booked and paid for this tour last December with a different guide , and on me writing to confirm with him a few days before out tour had him reply that he would no longer being doing it…… He recommended Tiago for us and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better morning. We learnt so much, Tiago ‘knows his stuff’ , clearly loves Brussels and had a great sense of humour. I’d most certainly recommend him. He even got me to try beer!! Thank you Tiago. A morning well spent!

A very enjoyable tour with Thiago. A great mix of places to eat and drink with local history. Ate at a few of the restuarants he recommended and they were excellent. Highly recommended.Great introduction to Brussels

Tiago hat uns mit viel Wissen und Witz durch die Stadt geführt und uns dabei Historie aber auch die aktuellen hotspots von Brüssel zu Kunst, Kultur und kulinarik interessant und unterhaltsam näher gebracht. Mit seiner offenen und herzlichen Umgangsweise hat er es uns leicht gemacht, uns in Brüssel willkommen und Zuhause zu fühlen. Die Zeit mit ihm war viel zu schnell vorbei... Brüssel mit viel Wissen & Spass....

Tiago was high energy and engaging as he pointed our best places to find all the “must eat” food highlights. He led us to the best fries (no wait). Round church, main square and boy peeing were some of our favorite experiences enhanced by Tiago’s story telling. He topped of the tour with some special treats! We were very happy with our tour.
