This is one the best decision’s I made to go for this dinner at Marco and Valentina’s house ! I say to everyone it’s a must and should be on your list in Milan ! The most wonderful couple , Marco’s cooking was delicious and the produce and ingredients so pure !! Valentina’s warmth and welcoming nature , the wonderful natural wines we had , a treat ! I give them full marks for putting this together , and not to mention the most wonderful group of people I met ! Was superb ! Local

We had a wonderful evening with Valentina & Marco. They really have a big passion for natural food & wine, and everything tasted fantastic. In addition, they explained the ingredients in the food where everything was really fresh. It must also be mentioned that Valerio and Marco are warm, positive and interesting people who are easy to be aroundExcellent

We loved this experience! It was our first night in Italy, and a beautiful introduction to Milano. The food was really special - great tastes, textures and stories to go with the recipes and ingredients. Delicious wine too. Valentina and Marco were so welcoming and it was interesting to hear about their life in Milano and food and wine adventures elsewhere. We definitely recommend this! Perfect!

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a dinner experience in the home of Valentina and her husband, purchased through Withlocals, as a birthday present for my wife. This was our first time selecting such a personal and unique experience, and it exceeded all our expectations. Valentina and her husband were exceptionally welcoming and lovely, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and genuine, allowing us to immerse ourselves fully in the delightful Italian hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, and the entire evening was filled with joy, laughter, and engaging conversations. This experience not only provided us with a wonderful meal but also with cherished memories that we will hold dear for a long time. From the moment my mother and I walked in we felt extremely comfortable and welcomed. She had us enjoying her culturally specific meals that were clearly made with love. The environment as well was very cozy and the ambience was perfect. As a Black woman from the US I felt more welcomed in her home than I do in America. Highly recommend!Best host ever :)

This was my first Withlocals experience and I was a little nervous about the idea. But as soon as Valentina and Marco greeted us in the hallway, I was put at ease by their smiles. Their home was equally warm and welcoming. Of course the food and wine was delicious and our hosts were incredibly knowledgeable about the cultivation of the menu items. The music and lighting also lent itself to the fine dining atmosphere. A truly unexpected part of the evening was sharing the dinner table with a wonderful couple from Amsterdam with whom we enjoyed hours of conversation on travel, culture, and politics. This was an experience that I will hold dear to my heart, but I won’t keep it a secret! I highly recommend dinner with Valentina and Marco! Highlight of Milan

Within moments of meeting Valentina and Marco in their home, my husband and I felt like we'd come to dine with new friends. With a warm welcome we were soon seated in their lovely dining room in their comfortable and well-designed family apartment. Valentina is a consummate foodie (her passion and deep study) and she and Marco share an equal devotion to finding and serving the perfect wine for the meal she creates - not from recipes, but from her knowledge of a wide range of ingredients and cultures. Each dish was a tasty surprise. She sources fresh, local (and some more distant) ingredients, all of the highest quality, biological, etc. She explained each dish thoroughly and, being foodies, we enjoyed conversing with her and Marco about these passions at intervals during the meal. We shared some of our experiences, lots of smiles, and laughter. By the end of the evening, we truly felt we'd become new friends. If you are in Milano, please consider what is guaranteed to be an outstanding meal with this talented, engaging couple. We had no better offerings while in the city. My mom and I had dinner with Valentina and Marco about a week ago. This experience was fantastic: food was delicious, wine was very well paired with every course, and the conversation was seamless. I highly recommend booking this experience. Next time we visit Milan, I'm definitely coming back!! Valentina and Marco are very warm, gracious hosts, and we felt very welcomed. We wish we could have done this every night. Valentina and Marco were amazing hosts, the food was fabulous and lots of information about the food and the wine. She consulted with us in advance about what we would like to eat and the types of wines and any allergies. Very responsive to our questions. Everything came off without a hitch. Their home was lovely and very typical of what we were expecting. Would highly recommend it and would do it again in a minute. The perfect evening!
