I've always dreamed to live in Italy. I came as a tourist, then as a volunteer tried to find a job, afterwards decided to live in Florence for two months and now I've been living here for 7 years! I have always been very interested in Florence's history and art, I loved visiting museums, guided tours and gardens, tried different jobs, just to be able to stay here longer, going on trekking in the weekends and finally decided to follow another dream-to become a tour guide! And I've made it! Never ever give up your dreams!

We were very happy with our decision to have a private guide for our first visit to Florence. Vesela is delightful, very knowledgeable of the era and area and focused the tour on our interests. Despite the rainy weather we managed to see a lot in our 3-hour Renaissance Tour, as Florence is a very walkable city. Having Vesela alongside to provide both an overview of the city's history and to point out small details along the way made for an excellent experience. We were late for our meeting time (we overslept!) but Vesela greeted us with a smile and made us feel like we were spending time with a friend. Like Being with a Friend!

My family and I had a really great time exploring Florence with Vesela. She patiently answered our questions (many) and warmly shared her knowledge. At the end of our tour we felt like we had made a new friend! We highly recommend Vesela!!Wonderful time with Vesela!

Vesela was very knowledgeable about Florence and it history. We had a “highlight” tour of the Uffizi museum which made it very enjoyable. There is a lot to see but she showed us all the important works and told us about their history. We then hit saw some other sites such as the Basilica of Santa Maria and the Doors of Paradise. Again, she was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Veaela!Vesela was great!

Vesela provided us a perfect 1st day walking tour of Florence keyed to our initial requests and adjusted to our needs throughout the day. Great chronological development and explanations of art shown us. Her explanations and the histories of what we were seeing were clear and a true learning experience for both of us beginners in Italian history and art. Vesela was our guide, who took us on a tour of Florence. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the deep history and culture of Florence. She was professional, polite, friendly, interesting, well-informed. Vesela revealed us many curiosities and interesting facts from the long history of the town and it was really great to have her as a guide. It was one of the highlights of our trip. It was our 1st time in Florence for me and my family and we fell in love with this city. We decided to take a tour guide and to learn more about its history and we was very lucky to have chosen Vessela. She is a very nice person who took obvious pleasure in showing us this city and its treasures. Was able to adapt readily to our needs in terms of timing and interests. An educational and interesting experience adding much to our time in Florence. Vesela was very passionate about the history of Florence and enthusiastically led us through the streets of Florence revealing us amazing stories about the monuments and palaces around. Vesela is great tour guide. Being a local and someone who loves the history of Florence, she knows a lot about the city! What I liked was that we were only a small group so it was more engaging as compared to a larger tour group. We visited all the main sites and landmarks and Vesela did a great job at explaining the significance and history of each, and also adding some interesting facts that you may not find elsewhere! Vesela was also kind enough to buy us some delicious Gelato and helpfully recommended where to buy some good Italian goods to take back (leather, oils, cheeses etc.) It was a great experience and the 2 hours flew by.
