Violeta is truly a child of the world, having lived in many places. It gives her a very nice perspective on things and strong opinions. And we loved her for this! Go for it! Opinions matter! On top, she knows very well the history of Berlin which was pleasant She was very flexible and showed us what we wanted in a fun/educative still very personal way. ( yes, we ended up discussing kids and our countries) Don't hesitate to choose her and don't forget to ask about her fluffy cats!Touring with Violeta was a sweet moment.

We spent 2 days with Violeta in Berlin. She worked with us to find an itinerary that covered all our interests. She was not only professional and thorough, but a true delight to spend time with. She gave us restaurant suggestions in Berlin as well as in other cities we were visiting. They were all fantastic! Excellent

At the meet-up spot, we met with Diago who informed us that Violetta was unable to come and he would conduct the tour. He was a lovely person, but I spent time looking at the profiles of withlocals tour guides and chose Violetta specifically. I am mentioning this as it does effect my rating on the tour already not being what was advertised. The tour was well done and Diago took us to various spots. Lots of different food samples were provided, but honestly, after the second sample, we were not at all hungry. Most of the food samples were fried and very heavy. A recommendation is to supply the customers with water for drinking. Also, more of a variety of foods....some lighter items (not all carbs) would be delightful. It was a good tour overall.Food tour

Tiago stepped in when Violetta was indisposed. He was very engaging and passionate about the neighbourhood and great tour guide. He adjusted the tour to meet our interests and tastes to make sure we got the most out of it. The food experiences were varied, delicious and interesting, although a little too much all in all. Great fun

Rain didn’t spoil this lovely tour! Violeta was engaging and had lots of great stories to tell including some awesome info about our food, Berlin, Berlin history! She tailored the tour to our tastes and made it very memorable and very very tasty! It was a great way to see the city. Thanks Amazing food tour

Our local guide Violeta did a fantastic job showing us around the neighborhood and tailoring the tour to my dietary restrictions. We got to try foods from my different regions of the world and had plenty to eat by the end.
