Will was most accommodating of our needs and requirements. He tweaked the itinerary more than twice months ahead of the trip and many more times on the trip due to rain. He organised the necessary accessories to make the trip as comfortable and easy for my elderly mom. I would use him if I visit Taiwan again.

I asked William many requests up front and added many modification, but he found himself to adjust all of my requests. Very easy to communicate with him, and I did very appreciated the speed of his reply. Williams speaks both Mandarin and English at native level. That allowed us communicate without confusion. On the day of our tour with William, our daughter spiked fever, which I had to let my husband and our son to go tour because we did not want to cancel on William at the last minute. That was also the day to leave Taipei. I was worried and stressed out from having a girl who was not doing well, and yet we still had to travel back to the other side of globe. I again had to ask William couple last minute changes on the tour. After all troubles prior to booking, William was calm and quickly adjusted to my request without hesitation. His care for our family really made me feel better. I've heard William was a great guide from my husband, and very easy to chat with. Highly recommend William!Very flexible tour guide

We set out immediately to our destination without delay. Pretty good on information on 🇹🇼. Enjoy our tour without fuss. He took us to a local seafood restaurant where locals patronised. I give him thumbs up for a job well done. Awesome Guy

William is very nice, and his English is excellent. He is helpful in explaining how the public transportation system works. My husband, 13 year old daughter, and I went on the history tour. As lifelong learners, we like to learn the history of places we visit. Unfortunately, William had difficulty remembering what colonial powers arrived, when they did, and for what reason(s). Some of the information he told us was inaccurate. He took us to historic buildings, but then left us to wander around them ourselves while he stood outside clicking on his phone. He didn't give any explanation of the exhibits, and some of them had no English translations. I would recommend he start by reading the one page handouts we got at the sites. If I were giving tours, I'd read several books on the history of the area and books on the buildings that are part of the tour. I'd meet with employees of the museums and get even more detail. But I'm a researcher and an over achiever. Learning the info on the one page handouts would probably be sufficient. His tours of the food etc. might be better because they are not historically challenging. Needs Improvement

We (family of four, 2 children aged 11 & 16) did the Off Grid - Pingxi, Shifen & Jiufen Full Day Trip with William and we really had a great day start to end. This trip allows you to see a bit more of Taiwan and experience more of the countryside in a short time - something that was brilliant for us who visited for only three days. William was the perfect "host", attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and his English is superb so it is really easy to understand him. All four were happy with the day and William also gave us some tips of what to do/where to go in Taipei for the rest of our stay. We totally recommend William and this tour .
