Hi! I'm Ylenia and I come from Northern Italy.

Years ago, I had one of the most beautiful holidays ever, here in Naples.

I well remember the moment when the spark struck with this city: one morning I was leaving the hotel when I saw a guy who was driving the scooter with one hand, and with the other one, he was holding a tray full of cups of coffee. It all happened on an old and busy street.  There, I said my first "wow!" Naples is unique, energetic, artistic, and vibrant.

And after traveling around the world, I moved here to Naples.

I have always felt a strong bond with this city.  For me, it is an open book, and I always say that probably, I was Neapolitan in a past life.

I have lived here for many years. Today, I still clearly feel the emotions that has someone who sees Naples for the first time. I know the energy that moves inside you visiting this place. At the same time, I know what means to live here, in a place full of history, with a strong, magnetic, and attractive personality.

Naples is special. It is a city that takes your heart by storm.

And last, but not least. I'm a passionate chef. During my trips around the globe, I've always brought with me the art of Italian cooking, teaching the tricks of our cuisine to people from many countries and all ages. Today, I love to open my home to cooking and teaching Italian recipes to people from all over the world.

Ylenia wasn’t just any guide-she was a fountain of fascinating, off-the-beaten-path insights about Naples. Unlike other tours I had read about, she took us to hidden gems, including the lively Spanish Quarter, a vibrant maze of narrow streets bursting with local life, street art, and authentic Neapolitan culture. Another experience was a funicular ride that treated us to a breathtaking panoramic view of Naples. Having been on many tours, I can confidently say Ylenia ranks at the very top for her charm, knowledge, and ability to make every moment both interesting and entertaining. Absolutely the best!

(I would like my review to be anonymous) Ylenia was a friendly, knowledgeable and excellent guide who brought to life tyd history and culture of the city of Naples for my daughter and myself. We’re we’re especially interested in visiting the locations of the Ferrante novels and Ylenia had clearly researched and was able to bring us to many of those places. We truly enjoyed our time with her and we would highly recommend her for a tour of the city. Wonderful experience! Many thanks Ylenia, we hope to return and take more tours with you! Excellent tour!

Ylenia is a wonderful cook and person. She taught us to make Pizza in a way you can replicate it at home. I also like the fact that she is very conscious about a healthy choice when it comes to ingredients. lovely time in Napoli

We spent a lovely afternoon with Ylenia who was able to customize our tour which included an 11 year old and an 80 year old. Yelena is incredibly knowledgeable about the city she loves — we had a wonderful tour!Ylenia is a wonderful guide - recommended!

Ylenia was a lovely host! She took us to see a beautiful overlook on the very short drive to her urban farm. My kids enjoyed seeing the pig, feeding the chickens, and picking fava beans. We had delicious fresh orange juice and the mozzarella tasting, pizza making, and Nutella calzones weed just perfect. Ylenia was a gracious hostess and was great with our kids. Really enjoyed our experience

Ylenia was amazing! She showed us all of Naples from the history to the food and also quite beautiful places we would have never been able to find. If you would like to feel the beauty of Naples you need to have Ylenia.AMAZING

Ylenia and her family are AMAZING hosts!!! She was so welcoming and loving to our kids and family and shared so many stories and facts about Naples!! We learned so many things and had the best time creating pizzas together as a family and trying local drinks and then making delicious chocolate calzones! Our kids (age 10 and 8) started off a little tired but Ylenia was so patient and fun and they soon were soaking it all up! They have the most beautiful home and farm and garden and we all loved seeing it all and their beautiful view!! If you are looking for a wonderful taste of Naples authentic pizza with a relaxing family time to connect and enjoy then definitely do this activity and be sure to give Ylenia a hug from us too!! SO FUN & DELICIOUS!a WONDERFUL evening for our family!

We had a four generation pizza class on a beautiful farm in the heart of Naples. Our children loved making and eating their food and our guide was so great with the kids. She thought of everything and there was food to spare. We felt like we were part of an Italian family sitting in their home kitchen. Thank you so much for sharing with us! Great Family Experience
