I was raised in Kyoto, and I am proud of my city.

I really love traveling and communicating with people who have different backgrounds and culture.

In my own travel as a backpacker overseas, I got allot of value from meeting and interacting with locals. Now I would like to share Kyoto and Japanese culture with visitors.

When it comes to Kyoto, I think most people imagine that there are only Temples and shrines, but there’s much more than that.

Yuko was a great tour guide through Nishiki Market. She was energetic and engaging. We tried foods we never would have considered without her and enjoyed almost all of them. We even found a new favorite furikake. She adjusted the tour to accommodate our food preferences and allergies. We were especially appreciative of her advice sprinkled throughout the tour on other things to do and see in Kyoto and Osaka (our next stop). We recommend a tour with Yuko!!Yuko did a wonderful job!
