Glad that we booked with Rosana! We had just arrived and did not know our way around BA. We asked if Rosana could meet us at our hotel. She did. We talked about interests. It was a very efficient way to see and learn a lot about BA in a short time about things that we would have not noticed and/or known. Rosana went above and beyond our expectations! Rosana was a wealth of information, super friendly and flexible. She worked with me to create a custom tour for our group, and then pivoted seamlessly when two in our party were delayed as they missed their connecting flight. We actually had her stay with us an extra hour. I would absolutely recommend Rosana!

A few days before our tour, Rosana told me about a general strike in Buenos Aires. It was so thoughtful of her to give us the heads up and tell us about the areas to avoid. She took care of us even before we met! On the day of the tour, Rosana showed us the beautiful city of Buenos Aires. She was knowledgeable and friendly. We loved the tour!
