Claudia did a fantastic job of modifying our tour to reflect the freezing cold temperatures and slightly distracted teenagers. She was knowledgeable and considerate, with excellent English, sharing stories and facts for 3 hours. I especially appreciated her pit stop for hot chocolate and her willingness to keep tweaking the route for her audience. I would not hesitate to recommend Claudia.
