We had the extreme pleasure of spending an unforgettable Florentine afternoon with Axel. We stopped off here and there as we walked - the Saturday market, tiny local bodegas, a top notch wine shop, and finally, the highest quality gelato in Florence. We learned as we walked and tasted, about the food and wine we were tasting, and the history and culture of Florence.
Axel was an incredible guide! He was knowledgeable and interesting and let us set the pace of tour. The amount of food we were served was insane - much more than small tastings.
