This was exactly the food tour we hoped for. We visited many small local vendors and enjoyed absolutely delicious birria, gorditas, carnitas, tamales and more! Isadora offered colorful history and details about the foods and beverages we enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Naomi was ill so she kindly arranged for her friend Isadora to host us. We had a great day and the next day we did a cooking class with Isadora. Kooben Tseek is the name of her cooking school. The experience made us feel very welcome in Guanajuato.
