Simona was incredible! She took us into the local Merida market. This market is a maze of incredible local seafood, meats, produce, and local goods. I would have gotten lost in this maze of shops, but Simona took us around to eat all the authentic local cuisine. She took us to see some sights and we ended at a local cantina.
