Michelangelo was super responsive before our appointment, and he was on time when we met, and incredibly easy, friendly, knowledgeable. He seems to know how to meet people at their level and communicates easily and in a very open way. Antonella is extremely knowledgable about the area and incredibly accommodating! My wife, unfortunately broke her foot while on vacation a few days before our With Locals appointment.
