Hana was pleasant and so informative. She had a wealth of knowledge and was so enthusiastic about her job. Her husband gave us a ride to castle since public transportation wasn’t running there due to construction (and it was very cold) We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Hana for another tour!

We enjoyed the shortcuts that would give us a break from tourist masses and the recommendations for food and museums. David was very knowledgeable and answered our questions patently.
