We loved Maga who listen when we explained what we were after and delivered. I ask a lot of questions and Maga answered them with details connecting lots of dots for us. He helped avoid the touts and other rip offs in Cairo. Great guide and nice guy.

With our guide Ahmed and his driver Waleed our visit to Cairo was like being entertained by friends. We were even taken out for lunch . We experienced the real Cairo, the real Egypt. Ahmed’s knowledge of Egyptian history was enlightening. For anyone who wants to feel like an Egyptian for a day I recommend Ahmed.

Mohamed did a tremendous job of taking us to traditional, local establishments that prepared traditional Egyptian dishes as the locals would eat them. He was very kind and did a lot to explain the food and culture behind the dishes we were tasting. Highly recommend you give him a try!

Ramses was charming company. Very knowledgeable about Islamic history but judged well how much information we could digest. He showed us some key historical highlights but balanced this with a walking tour of the markets and a stop for tea in a local cafe. He made sure we got back to our hotel safely. We really enjoyed the afternoon.

We enjoyed our food tour in Old Cairo with Mohammed. He did a great job of choosing a variety of food and restaurant experiences, and we found Mohammed to be very pleasant to visit with. Would recommend him to anyone wanting to see different parts of Old Cairo.
