What a day! Michel is extremely knowledgeable and planned a fabulous day for us. We met a grower with their own label and saw the process from grape to bottle, had a lovely lunch then the other extreme at Pommery. Highly recommended!

Fi told us a story and took us on a journey through the history of art and the museum. I was a novice, knowing very little, and my colleague was more knowledgeable. Fi catered for both. Entertaining! Simply perfect! I’d do the same again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderfully entertaining afternoon walking and learning about a darker side of Paris. Lucien was easy to understand, flexible on what we saw, educational and fun. Lots of helpful suggestions about what else to do also. He’s very knowledgeable!

We did a few tours on this trip and Fe was our very favorite! Her passion and enthusiasm is contagious. Super knowledgeable and it was easy to hear her. We also appreciated Fe’s flexibility to change the tour on the fly when we wanted to start in a different section than she was originally planning. If we come back, Fe will be on the top of our list ☺️

Julien took us on tours of the Orsay and the Louvre. We would have been totally lost without him! We are not big museum people but he made sure to show us the necessities and introduce us to some lesser known pieces as well, all while keeping it interesting. He was extremely knowledgeable and fun. We highly recommend him!

True to his bio, Paolo is passionate about art history, architecture and food. He was an excellent, engaging host - a perfect fit for our family. We learned a lot about the neighborhood and had a great time on this tour (despite a surprise downpour). Definitely a highlight of our trip - highly recommend! And don’t forget to ask for food recs.

We greatly enjoyed our 2 and 3/4 hour tour with Luis in the Latin Quarter. He showed used around the Sorbonne and other interesting streets around there and in Saint-Germain de Pres. An added treat was to taste flavored, vinegars and olive oils as well as different types of preserves from local shops.

We’re an older couple and because this was the first of four Withlocals tours, we were worried about the pace. But Carlos adapted perfectly and let us rest when needed. We got a good overview of the Marais along with a great recommendation and reservation for our early dinner. He planned the tour so we ended up at the restaurant.

My wife and I had a wonderful 3-hour tour with Lucien. His English is excellent, and his knowledge of French history is vast. His stories were interesting; no risk of being bored with Lucien! I would not hesitate to use Lucien again.

We loved Lucien’s creative stories about the legends and grisly details from history. It was memorable and Lucien was a wonderful storyteller.
