This tour exceeded my expectations. Purvi tool me to interesting and unique places - shops I would never have discovered. It was like shopping with a dear friend even though we just met. She gave a lot of context to the city, fabrics /textiles, and India...plus helped me pick quality gifts. Highly recommended!

Purvi showed us around Mumbai - the sites, the markets, the fashions & the food. She was fantastic. Knowledgable, friendly, approachable and above all she looked after a group of 11 of us in the midst of the wonderful Mumbai chaos. Had a wonderful day with her and would highly recommend her.

Kiran is a perfect guide! Good with children en full of great stories. We had only one day in Mumbai but thanks to Kiran we have a real good impression of this big city.. It was great experience!

We were two women wanting to see the real Mumbai. Very nervous that no one would meet us from our cruise ship. Kiran was waiting and made us welcome and feel safe. What a great day he gave us, very informative and showed us some off the beaten track places. Nothing was too much trouble, and his driver didn't use his horn once! Great choice.

I met Jenny in her lovely home in the Mahim area of Mumbai, where she had set out for me all the ingredients needed to cook a multi-dish feast. She explained each ingredient, and showed me how to combine them in different ways to get dramatically different results--all tasty. Jenny is knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and a delight to hag out with and learn from. Highly recommended!

I did a city and suburbs tour with Kiran. It was so interesting to see Mumbai and some of its diverse sights and locations. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his city and surroundings. I highly recommend a tour with him!

Jenny, Thanks for a great ending of a bumpy Indian adventure. I'm so glad after all we did the course and you learned me a lot. My head is overfull with inspiration for when coming back to Amsterdam. Your lessons where detailed and clearly explained in a great surrounding at your house. Hope to one day meet again and do some more curries, i think that will happen ;) Keep in touch!

Even though it was pouring with rain, Kiran showed me around Mumbai with great knowledge & enthusiasm. A most enjoyable trip and so much better than the typical mass-produced bus tours most tourists go on! Kiran is not only very knowledgeable, he's also a real gentleman & a pleasure to spend the day with!

Jenny was lovely. She has a very good natural skill at teaching cooking whilst most importantly making it very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this to anyone who has a spare afternoon in Mumbai!
