We had a wonderful time cooking with Massimo! My son really enjoyed participating in the cooking. It was fun and interactive- and delicious! We are looking forward to making the recipes at home as well! Thanks so much for a great experience!

What an amazing experience! Massimo handled our four kids (13,12,10,8) perfectly!! I loved how he had them all involved in the process! They enjoyed it so much! The pizza was absolutely amazing! Massimo even spoiled my husband and I with an Amatriciana dish! DELICIOUS! It was such a wonderful and fun learning experience!! Highly recommend!!

Our family of four spend the afternoon at Massimo's house with him teaching us how to make ravioli and tiramisu. Massimo did a great job involving our children in the process and they could get really hands on with the whole preparations. Massimo is a great host and we very much enjoyed his passion for Italian food and the history connected to it.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful and warm experience with Giovanni and Claudia learning to make gnocchi. We would highly recommend this to anyone interested in an authentic Roman meal with a lovely couple who made us feel welcome into their home. It is our second visit at Claudia and Giovanni and again we received a fantastic welcome. This time we learned how to make pasta. It feels like you are part of their family. Very warm and sweet family with a lot of patience ;-) laughter and humor. A place to remember and go back to!!
