Learn about their personal stories, and find out how you can explore Bologna together
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Frederik. He is personable, informed and extremely passionate about Bologna. We learned so much about the history and culture of the city and experienced aspects that we couldn't have done without his guidance. We recommend him highly and will book tours with him when we return!
I have worked with many guides over the years and Riccardo was one of the very best. His knowledge is expansive and he drew so many sociocultural connections for my group in such an engaging way. Few guides are so knowledgeable about both history and art history. My group absolutely adored him.
What a great day we had with Sarah. She contacted us in advance and put together a bespoke experience that was the highlight of our trip. We felt like we were spending the day with an old friend!
This was our first visit to Bologna. Luca provided a great introduction to the city. He is VERY knowledgeable about the history of the city which gave us insights we never would have otherwise known. Our time with Luca was personalized and attentive and appreciated. Highly recommended.
Riccardo provided a fantastic tour and highlighted the most amazing parts of the city! The theatre in the Pillota was breathtaking along with the art hidden within. Thanks so much Riccardo!
Had the most wonderful time touring with Sarah. She is very knowledgeable about the history of Ducati and Bologna, and knows all the great places to go for great food and especially cheese! Very highly recommended and will definitely see her again next time we are in town!
Sarah is a brilliant guide and we had the best day exploring the vineyards and wineries, meeting the lovely winemakers and of course tasting delicious wines (and food). We learned so much about Emilia-Romagna which is a totally underrated Italian wine region. Thank you, Sarah!
Did a tour with Paolo and I highly recommend! He was so knowledgeable about the history of Bologna and his passion for the city and Italy can’t be missed! He went above and beyond sharing more about Italian culture and lifestyle. We found his approach refreshing making sure this wasn’t just your basic tour but something customized to our interests.
We met in our hotel and she was just great. She knows a lot and so friendly.M wife abd I wanted a good impression of the city and it was very nice; try local food, look how pasta is made Italian style, history of the town, drink local in the oldest bar in town and even brought a special rice cake with her… if you go to Bologna do take Isadora you will not regret it….
Our family took a day trip to Bologna. We were staying in Florence for a week. We took the high speed rail (great experience). To kick-off our time in Bologna, we booked a 3 hour walking tour with Isadora. We're so happy we decided to do this. Isadora was engaging, knowledgeable, and so much fun! Highly recommend!
