I like that Elisabetta was able to tell the stories of Florentines from medieval times to contemporary history. She knew a lot about culture, food and neighborhood hidden gems. I have been to Florence countless times and Elisabetta was able to show me new things. I highly recommend!

Elizabetta is a wonderful foodie and it was fun to learn from her. We were able to be comfortable trying new foods on the rest of our trip because of her.

Christy loves her city. She clearly takes the time to find the hidden gems in the city and learns what makes them interesting. Christy guided our small group of women around busy Florence with patience, especially when a straggler would spot a quick shopping experience. She is personable, knowledgeable and easy going. You’ll enjoy your time with Christy.

Elisabetta was a great guide. Thankfully we arrived hungry as the number and variety of tastings was fantastic. Elisabetta’s knowledge of food and Firenze is huge and she answered all our (many) questions. Great sense of humour. We had an absolute ball!

We had the extreme pleasure of spending an unforgettable Florentine afternoon with Axel. We stopped off here and there as we walked - the Saturday market, tiny local bodegas, a top notch wine shop, and finally, the highest quality gelato in Florence. We learned as we walked and tasted, about the food and wine we were tasting, and the history and culture of Florence.

We had a super Food tour with Antonella, she took us to several places to try a variety of Italian foods, the rice pudding cake was delicious. On our tour we got to understand a lot about Italian food culture. Our guide answered all my questions and made some super recommendations for us to follow up with after. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would recommend Antonella

What a wonderful tour guide. Able to accommodate our group of 9 with food several food allergies and levels of vegetarianism to carnivore. Shared a wonderful paper marbling demonstration that WOWED. Children and adults alike. Also able to tailor information provided to her audience (2 of our party teach European history).

We were stuffed by the end of the tour. It was a great way to start our visit in Florence to understand what the local specialties were. Giorgio is friendly, prompt, interesting and informative.

Axel was an incredible guide! He was knowledgeable and interesting and let us set the pace of tour. The amount of food we were served was insane - much more than small tastings. We were absolutely stuffed by the end of the tour. We also received great tips about how to explore Florence respectfully and were introduced to great local gems along the way.

Gianni was a great tour guide and made us feel welcome and like we were friends on an outing. He was knowlegable about the city and the food scene. He was fun to be with and shared his love of the foods of Florence. We tasted wonderful food and avoided the tourist traps which is the mark of a true local tour. thanks for adding to our memorable trip.
