We had a great pleasure to learn a lot about a real Rome pizza, go through every step of making the best pizza ever and enjoyed eating it so much!!! Massimo explained the process in a very interesting way. We could see how much he loves it, learned about small pizzas which his grandma used to make for Christmas! It was an unforgettable experience! And we highly recommend it!

Nicola was the perfect guide: smart, engaging, knowledgeable, and fun. My students and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Stopping for refreshing cold clear water from the city’s water fountains was so fun. The cemetery was hauntingly beautiful. Ending at a local food market for lunch was the perfect final touch. Massimo hosted us in his home for a wonderful 2 hour pizza-making class. He kept our kids (7 and 9) engaged and involved in every step of the process, while answering any and all questions we had about Rome culture, history and cuisine. The pizza was delicious and the fried pizza balls were incredible. Would highly recommend this experience!

Mauro is an incredible guide. He’s very personable and shared stories about his family. He took us to some often overlooked sites in Umbria and let us do things at our own pace.
