Wonderful day!
We had a wonderful day with Matteo. The two towns we explored were beautiful and fascinating, especially Calcata which is improbably perched on top of a bluff. Matteo is a gracious and very engaging guide and we had ample time to see both towns, enjoy lunch together and not feel rushed. We’re looking forward to another tour with Matteo while we’re here.

Wonderful trip to Calcata
We had a great time visiting medieval village of calcata. We also stopped by a beautiful forest with waterfalls on the way there. Highly recommend if you want to explore and escape rome for a few hours

Matteo is such a delightful host, and the trip to the beautiful medieval village was one of the top highlights of our trip to Italy. We stopped at a creek and waterfall on the way, found wonderful artisanal crafts in Calcata, and had an excellent lunch after exploring all the cobbled paths and lovely vistas of the commune.

Amazing Experience
Matteo was great. He picked us up from our apartment and took us for coffee first. He took time to ask about my daughter's interests in photography and adapted to ensure she had places for pictures. In short time it was like traveling with a friend. We highly recommend him as a guide! Thank you Matteo for spending time with us and sharing such a unique place.
