It was so amazing meeting Paolo. From first sight it feels like we are spending time with a good friend. He asked for what we like to eat and what we can expect from the experience. And it was totally different from what we expected, but way better than we could imagine. It was like visiting a friend, have a good chat and amazing food. Highly recommended!

Ylenia is not only very good shef, she is also tourist guide. So, we enjoyed also from very interesting guide about the history of south Italy. The kids loved cooking the food (that was delicious!). Ylenia communicated directly with the kids and gave us all filling like we are at home.

My wife and I had such a great experience meeting Paolo and having dinner with him and a few of his friends. He was so kind and friendly and was such a great steward of his great city. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to meet some great locals and get a true authentic Neapolitan experience!

Paolo was the most amazing host, showing us the local shops, telling us a lot about the way locals live, then cooking us a delicious home cooked Italian Meal…just like the locals do at home. My teenage daughter and I met Roberto at Pompeii. He helped arrange a roundtrip ride from the Naples train station to meet him at the gate of Pompeii. We walked around the site and saw the major points, but somehow felt at times like we were by ourselves in a very busy site. Roberto was engaging and knowledgable.

We brought our two boys, ages 8 and 10, and we had a great time with Ylenia. The boys loved making the pizza and calzones and also enjoyed hanging out with her dogs and cat.

We had an excellent tour with Roberto. As an actual archeologist he had so much insight, stories, and information that made the tour so fun and interesting. He was great with our three boys and overall just a wonderful person. We learned so much about Pompeii, Italy, and archeology in general. Would highly recommend!
