What a great day we had with Sarah. She contacted us in advance and put together a bespoke experience that was the highlight of our trip. We felt like we were spending the day with an old friend!
Francesco was very punctual, and upon arrival gave a good introduction of herself and overview of the tour.
We wandered around the old city, and she pointed out major churches, and other Architectural structures
She also provided several recommendations for restaurants which we took advantage of

Communication with Emanuele was great, but unfortunately he had a conflict and we couldn't meet at the other times he was available. He found Camilla as a replacement. She was very knowledgeable and a local Venetian. We got to see the Grand Canal, Murano, & Burano. Excellent experience.

Emanuele was friendly, knowledgable and energetic. He catered our tour to our time, interests and ability to tolerate the 96 degree heat. We circumvented the area and saw some of Venice, Murano and Burano during our 6 hour tour. He chose the perfect lunch spot to accommodate our mixed age group. Well done, Emanuele. We highly recommend him!
