Great evening
We attended Francesca's for the evening meal. I had previously informed her that my wife had various intolerances to certain food and take that into consideration when preparing our menu. The food and her company were fantastic. I would highly recommend her to any person who would be considering a home meal cooked by a local.

Pizza with Armondo
My wife and I took a pizza making class with Armondo, he was very personable and friendly. We had a great couple hours and were able to taste our creations. Learned that pizza dough and Focaccia dough are very similar but Focaccia dough takes 24 hours so not possible for a 2-hour class.

Massimo is the best!
What an amazing experience! Massimo handled our four kids (13,12,10,8) perfectly!! I loved how he had them all involved in the process! They enjoyed it so much! The pizza was absolutely amazing! Massimo even spoiled my husband and I with an Amatriciana dish! DELICIOUS!

Wonderful afternoon with Massimo.
Our family of four spend the afternoon at Massimo's house with him teaching us how to make ravioli and tiramisu. Massimo did a great job involving our children in the process and they could get really hands on with the whole preparations.
Massimo is a great host and we very much enjoyed his passion for Italian food and the history connected to it.

Fantastic experience in Roma!
We had a fantastic experience with Massimo. He really knows how to connect with kids. He also was able to keep my kids very engaged, making different types of pasta dishes. We also received a cultural lesson about Rome and Italy in general. I would strongly recommend meeting and cooking with Massimo!!!
