Valerio was timely, fun, friendly, knowledgable, hit all the key points and was relaxed in the process- trusted us as a group. He’s great in many languages. I avoid tours at all costs as i dont being told where to look, where to step, what not to touch, etc but this tour was very enjoyable and a fun quick way to meet some people that are also having fun in your same area! :D
My family and I just loved the experience of the tour with Valerio, it was fun, interesting, complete, friendly. Everything we expected and more. Totally recommended for adults or families with children.
Valerio ist jemand, der Murano liebt und kennt und uns Gäste in eine gläserne Welt geführt hat. Der Workshop und unsere Glasperlen waren großer Spaß!
Ricardo was informative, accessible, kind, and respectful of everyone. He contributed greatly to the overall experience of our visit in Venice. He was able to answer questions and give us a true insight view of the city. Everything was well prepared and planned and Ricardo's positive vibes were great. Highly reccomended!!
Riccardo was extraordinary! We asked him to show us some less touristy spots and we absolutely enjoyed the tour, so much in fact that we booked him again for the next day. His presentation of Venice was not only interesting but also entertaining. You will love Riccardo! Meeting him reminded us why we love to travel so much!
Thank you Valerio and Ambair. We had a great experience and we really appreciated that you took the time to plan everything according to the needs of our diverse group :-) We loved the little details our guide Ambair added to the tour. I would definitely recommend it.
We had an incredible day with Valerio, he received us on time in the right place. We took a leisurely walk through beautiful places. We traveled with children and Valerio was an excellent entertainer. I personally felt that I was visiting a friend in his city. Highly recommended.
Valerio provided a wonderful insiders view of glass working on Murano island. We got to visit a couple of glass companies not really open to the public, learned more about how glass is made, and even got to see a church with incredible mosaic floors that we would have missed for sure. The highlight though was getting to make our own glass beads, it's much, much harder than you might think!
