Manjeet was lovely, she picked us up and guided through sone very interesting sites of KL, explaining about history and culture. She spoke slowly so my mother who doesn’t speak English very well could follow. We were very satisfied and learned many things, we totally recommend.

We very much enjoyed our tour with Lisa. We visited places and enjoyed food we would never have found on our own. I very much appreciated walking and talking with Lisa also about Georgetown and the many cultures and food that make this fascinating city. Loved every minute and highly recommend Lisa.

Joo Bee showed us a wonderful time touring Penang. We booked the tour for our first day to see the city and get recommendations for our weekend and Joo Bee did not disappoint. This tour is an amazing experience that covers so more than just food. Remy is an incredibly interesting and passionate guy, who led us to food spots that we never would have discovered ourselves, coupled with wide-ranging chats about food, history, and philosophy. Remy was friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. A great time tasting different foods and drinks whilst hearing his stories about Penang, his life and the foods. He had good rapport with all the traders. Everything was lovely and we even had some extra goodies to take back for later. Well worth the money for having a personal guide.

We really enjoyed our tour. Many of the spots Lisa took us to weren't on our radar. Lisa did an excellent job in describing the process of making many of the dishes. I believe she tailored our tour to not overlap our other Malaysian food experiences. Lisa was very engaging.

Spent a very enjoyable time with Brendon today - he knows plenty of hidden gems of KL and takes you to places that you would pass by as tourists. The old cinema, roof top bars, traditional KL food and stories about the old days of Malaysia and KL made the tour very memorable. Penang is for sure one of the most fascinating food places in Asia and Lisa will help you to discover and appreciate it to the fullest. We spent 3 hours with her roaming foodie places in atmospheric George Town, from Malay to Indian to Chinese delicacies discussing culture and everyday life in Penang.
