Hi! I recently went on a last minute trip to Oaxaca to meet up with artisans and makers. Tanivet was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had brought Enrique with her as a driver, and he was very friendly and kind. I felt safe and met some amazing contacts.

Sonja was great and very knowledgeable about Mayan culture, the food we tried, and the history of Playa Del Carmen. She took us to a local market over Easter that had unique food vendors making something local from home. We tried so many things and did not go hungry.

We had a fabulous tour with Sonja the day we arrived for our vacation. She customized the tour for us and gave us so much information and many tips that were helpful for our trip. And, everything we tasted was great!

We went with Sonya to playa del Carmen and we see a lot of the city and we learned a lot of the history of Playa del Carmen and the local culture. She picked us up at our hotel and she knows the places to be in the city. She took us to a local street food place for the local food and drinks. We enjoyed her company and her wishdom about the history of the city.

Cancun Manny is a great host. My wife and I got to know Cancun a lot better and enjoyed cuisines in local restaurant. The seafood restaurant he recommended had excellent seafood dishes.

We enjoyed one and a half days with Tanivet guiding us around Oaxaca. She is very knowledgeable about the city and the small villages and artisans. She knew just where to take us based on our interests and was a delight to be with!

Sonja was a fabulous tour guide and took us to several stops we would never have found on our own! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and we loved getting to know her son as well :)

Okay with all the guiding services available you got to pick one. We are so happy we picked with locals in Tanivet. From pickup at our lodging location through touring artisan villages and craft shops through a wonderful Empanada lunch and then the ride home could not have been better. We have been there and done that. This tour exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend.

Sonja was a great guide who was interesting, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and culture. In addition, she provided many recommendations for the rest of our stay. We would highly recommended her food tour as a great introduction to the area.

Highest rating. Guide and driver were personable, knowledgeable, flexible. Took us to a wonderful alebrije workshop that was not on the itinerary and really out of the way just because we asked. Great time, well worth it.
