Choji has plenty of knowledge about the food, great preparation tips and was really friendly and super helpful. He is really organized and the 2 hours went super quickly. Lots of fun! Highly recommend!

Cooking with Choji was a great experience. He is a professional chef, and he also told a lot of fascinating story about the peruvian kitchen. The minestrone soup is amazing, easy to prepare. I will definitely keep the recipe. I would love to cook with him again! :)
My mom and I had a great time with Choji. We learned about the country, culture and influences while making a delicious meal. The class was well paced as we made many different dishes and a pisco sour. Hope to visit Choji in Peru sometime.
Choji taught us how to make some of Peru's oldest and most delicious recipes! Along the way, he also explained the history of these foods, and the society and geography they were developed from. Choji was friendly, funny, and patient with us, and helped us make a most amazing lomo saltado and ceviche! I highly recommend booking a class with him.
Choji is just an awesome cook and teacher! We had a wonderful time and so much fun. The dishes are super yummy and easily recreateable afterwards. Also, the insight in Peruvian history through the class and all the background informations you get while cooking are so special. All in all, I totally recommend this class!
