We had a wonderful time tasting the food and learning the history of Johannesburg during our time with Lufuno. Her energy and happiness were welcome and her knowledge about the foods and their cultural significance was enlightening. She is a fantastic resource for all things around Johannesburg as she offered other recommendations on how to spend our time in the city.

A great tour with an amazing guide. Lufuna has a wealth of knowledge and a great understanding of not only food but traditions and socioeconomic conditions. We learned a lot and had access to local places where we normally would have not dared to go. She had so much to share that our tour went for longer. Lufuno was a great guide and we had a good day out with her. She even added an additional stop to a local brewery in the area.

It was easy to find Lufuno at the meeting place. She drove us with her car to several exciting food places and gave in depth explanations. All together it was a great insight into "local" Joburg. We had a great day out with Trevor. Apart from visiting some beautiful wineries and tasting some great wines, we also learnt so much about the area. We found Trevor really friendly and knowledgeable. We also went to a really nice restaurant in Stellenbosch for lunch. All in all 100% great.

Trevor is knowledgeable about Cape Town, but really well versed in wine. He picked out 3 vineyards that were all excellent and kept us entertained the whole day. I give him my highest recommendation if you wish to book a wine tour on Withlocals.

We had a great tour of Stellenbosch with Trevor, who took us to some beautiful wineries and introduced us to a wonderful selection of wines. The region is stunning, with loads of classy wineries and chic restaurants. Trevor is super knowledgeable about wine and is a great source of information about the South Africa and the Western Cape. Nice afternoon tour to try some of the local bites and check out some local artists. Lufuno was a great guide and wonderful with our daughter. We had a great time!
